JSEC was founded by George James in 2017. George had been working as a software developer for government contractors for 20 years when he finally decided there has to be a better way. Over the years it seemed like the culture had changed to one that didn’t inspire success or growth and he basically wasn’t having fun any longer. JSEC was founded to bring back a culture that promotes success.

The success of a delivered product is a direct reflection of the team that produced it. The current industry standard is to fill a position as quickly as possible with little regard to finding best fit. JSEC passionately believes that you will have greater success if you take the extra time and put forth the extra effort to find the best fit.
