Simulation
is rapidly growing in use across the industry because it provides a safer cost effective way to increase testing, training, and overall operational readiness. JSEC has experience with one of a kind custom real-time hardware in the loop simulations where fidelity and time constraints are critical as well as working on components that will collaborate in live virtual constructive simulations.
Cyber
Security
has quickly became the newest battlefront. The DoD has put a significant emphasis on this arena and JSEC is fully committed to the fight. Cyber security isn’t just stopping the incoming threat, but also changing the culture now to build a more cyber secure future. That is why cyber security has a major role in our software development process to assure that a delivered product will be able to smoothly go through the process to get approved. Developing new cyber test tools to help secure our current assets is a focus area as well.
T&E
Test and Evaluation
is an integral part of the engineering process with the purpose of discovering deficiencies early in the development process instead of after the system has been fielded. JSEC has substantial experience working with the T&E community developing tools for their specific testing requirements. We fully understand and respect that the requirements for test tools specifically developed for the T&E community differ significantly from operational tools and include concepts such as negative testing and even data analysis.
